Spinnaker Corporate Finance is led by Dave Wilson, who has 30 years corporate finance experience, gained primarily at KPMG Corporate Finance, Arup Transaction Advice and McInnes Corporate Finance. 

Dave has built a strong reputation primarily on strategic advisory, private company and non-core disposals, fund raising, advising management teams and private equity houses on buy-outs, and company acquisitions.

He has advised on over 100 transactions across a broad range of deal sizes, from £0.5m to £600m, although his core skill set is in the £1m to £20m range.

Dave also undertakes a number of Non-Executive Director roles, for fast growing entrepreneurial businesses in the manufacturing and service sectors.  He also acts as Independent Trustee for a number of Employee Owned companies.
